What is the 40x40x40
The 40x40x40 Challenge was first instigated by the Isreali Commando. It is used to test Recruits Physical and Mental strength under extreme conditions.
I cannot find much infomation about it on the Internet. I was told my an ex serviceman of this challenge, and it is something which I feel obilged to attempt.
This is the task at hand:
A 40km run
Carrying 40 Pounds of weight
Wadding through 40cm of Water
In under 8 Hours.
I will be taking on this challenge on the November the 5th during the British winter, along the Coast of Portsmouth whilst the water is at its coldest.

Ready For Anything
And so this is to be the first entry into what will become the chronicles of my adventures across the Globe as well as an artificial document reciting my ramblings on life.
I suppose I should start where I left of. With the run to Rome. (There is a chronicle of the training leading up to the event on my profile).
The expedition was an overwhelming success arriving into Rome one day under are estimated time. I will not go into to much detail about the event as I will just be regurgitating my words!
The next expedition will not take place until 2013. I will not reveal the details of the challenge yet but I can guarantee that it will be twice as epic as the last one!
